Recently, the Intl. J. of Information Mangement has published a paper I was invited to co-author together with Professor Iris Junglas from College of Charleston (SC, USA) as lead author. The paper looks into the use of consumer devices and applications in the workplace. Our study found that when firms allow their employees to chose their own devices, this can lead to increased productivity and innovative work behaviors. The study can be found
here.
